As parents and teachers, we can now make a
meaningful and positive difference in our children’s lives permanently.
I have chosen the wolf as a symbol of those who came before me, including those who were not blood related or given their rightful place in our system.
Wolves are pack animals who understand belonging, hierarchical order and the balance between giving and taking.
Every wolf in the pack is cared for, has its role and provides to and takes from the pack as necessary. Wolves are family and system oriented.
I have a degree in mechanical engineering from the University of New Brunswick, Canada. I have had a life long passion for transformative learning, growth and development since 1992 when I was certified as an NLP and Hypnosis practitioner.
In 2007 I experienced first hand the results of Family Constellations and decided to study it in depth with Bert Hellinger, Marina Toledo (my sister and best teacher), Carola Castillo and Joan Garriga and have studied Systemic Pedagogy with Jose Carlos Pascual.
I have given International lectures in Systemic Approach to Education with the Hellinger Institute, Canada for the past four years. Since then, these lectures and the accumulated experience in applying the concepts in school have resulted in a practical and comprehensive course for parents and teachers and one for systemic education trainers.
I have been using Bert Hellinger’s Family Constellations since 2007 and have studied Systemic Pedagogy since 2017. From the knowledge I gained from my systemic teachers and my own experience at school, I continued studying and developing Systemic Pedagogy and introduced it in the school seven years ago as Systemic Education with noticeable results for parents, teachers and children.
Welcome! I am Jorge Toledo assistant head of school and math teacher for grades 7-10 in an american Montessori school.
